How do I order?

Aim for the long edge ≥ 3000px for 60×40cm. Smaller sizes need less. If it’s too low, we’ll let you know!Will you check my file?
Yes. We carefully QC resolution and crop. We confirm by WhatsApp/email before processing your order.
What size fits my wall?
Most Living rooms: 60×90cm above a sofa. Bedrooms: 40×60 cm. See Sizes & Prices for popular choices.Which wrap style should I choose?
Mirror (recommended) keeps the full image. Gallery crops 3cm all around the sides. Colour gives a clean border.
How accurate are the colours?
Printed using Epson’s pigment inks on archival canvas. sRGB colour space match best. Screens are brighter so we balance for print.Do you edit my photo?
We apply light optimization on exposure/contrast (only if needed) and crop (only when requested).
How long does it take?
7-10 working days from confirmation/payment to delivery.How is it packed?
Shrink-wrapped in plastic with corner protectors. Includes a free hanging kit.Where do you deliver?

How do I clean it?
Dust with a dry microfiber cloth / feather duster. Do not use sprays or solvents.Can I hang it in humid rooms?
Avoid direct steam (bathrooms). Bedrooms, Hallways, Living rooms are ideal. Keep out of harsh sun.Will colours fade?
Pigment inks are fade-resistant. Avoid strong UV for longest life!
What if there are printing defects?
Photograph the canvas print clearly within 48 hours. We will address them promptly.Can I return if I change my mind?
Prints aren’t refundable. Our promise is in fixing manufacturing defects.What if my original image crops badly?
We’ll let you know and suggest cropping options (we are also professional photographers!).
