Terms & Conditions

Simple terms that explain how we handle orders, colours, delivery, and your files.

We confirm your order details before printing. This usually includes:

  • Size and orientation of the canvas
  • Wrap style (Mirror, Gallery, or Colour)

  • Cropping and key subjects in the frame

  • Any basic brightness or contrast adjustments

We only proceed to print once you have approved the final details by email or message. Custom work is produced specifically for you and is not resellable.

Our standard lead time is:

  • 7-10 working days from confirmation for most single or small orders.

  • Larger or complex orders may require a longer slot, which we will confirm when you book.

Lead times are best-effort and may be affected by capacity, machine, or logistics issues. If we foresee a delay, we will inform you as early as possible.

  • All prices are in SGD.

  • For individual orders, payment is usually made by PayNow or bank transfer, after our QC and confirmation email.

  • For corporate clients, we can support POs and GST invoicing.

We will only begin production after confirming your files and order details, and after you have made payment.

  • You can cancel an order before you approve the final details.

  • Once you have approved a custom order for print, materials and time are committed.

For this reason:

  • No refunds are offered for approved prints.

  • Changes to size, image, or wrap after approval may be treated as a new order.

If we make an error on your order, we will reprint or replace it at our cost.

We use:

  • Calibrated monitors and ICC-profiled printers

  • Museum-grade canvas and pigment inks

  • Pine stretcher bars

However:

  • Colours on canvas will not match every phone, tablet, or uncalibrated screen exactly.

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, and stretch tension are normal within industry tolerance.

  • Wrap choice (Mirror, Gallery, Colour) determines how edges are cropped.

If colour accuracy is critical, please let us know early. We can suggest file adjustments or physical proof options where practical.

  • We provide delivery within Singapore. Delivery charges, if any, are stated during ordering.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the item is delivered to the address you provided, or collected by you.

If no one is available at the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery fee may apply for a second trip, especially for bulky items or locations without lift access.

Please inspect your canvas as soon as you receive it.

  • If you notice damage from transit or a clear manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a repair or replacement.

This policy does not cover damage caused by mishandling, improper hanging, environmental conditions (e.g. moisture, direct sun), or normal wear and tear.

By sending us files, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use and print the images.

  • The images do not infringe any third-party rights or breach any laws.

We handle your files as follows:

  • Files are used only to review, print, and support your order.

  • We do not sell, license, or distribute your images to others.

  • We may keep working files for a limited period (for example, up to 90 days) to support reprints or follow-up orders, after which they may be deleted or archived.

If you want your files removed earlier, you can email canvascraftsg@gmail.com and request deletion, subject to legal or accounting requirements.

We take reasonable care in handling your order and your files. However:

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, business, or data, beyond the value of the specific order.

Nothing here limits any rights you may have under applicable Singapore law that cannot be excluded.
